C4 Umberto Pelizzari 鰭片的一個關鍵元素和優點是水軌在葉片上進行了包覆成型。

長度（30.2* 公分）、可變高度（最大 17.8* 毫米）、厚度（3.3* 毫米）和材質（熱橡膠）是這些刀片的另一個主要特徵。
